HOW IS IWRS FUNDED?
We are funded solely by private donations, community grants and local business supporters. Wildlife care is NOT government funded. Instead we are proudly volunteer-run & funded by donors like you!
If you would like to support our general funds, choose your preferred way of donating to us below. To donate towards a particular project or species we care for, email us. We will ensure that your donation goes to the intended project.

Your donation pays for 1 month of duckling/gosling care in our bird nursery

Your donation pays for the materials to build a soft-walled hospital room for injured water birds
(e.g. sandhill crane, heron, swan)

in-house blood machines. Testing blood for lead toxicity in-house can be life-saving for poisoned wildlife. We need a "LeadCare II" from Meridien for this.

To keep lights on, hot-wire predator fence running, pools filtered and freezers on.

Your donation pays for 1 month of Wi-Fi on-site for our "internal pen/room monitors".
